We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, as the cleanliness and spacious room made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr Walid, who went out of his way to assist us. The location was fantastic, with easy access to everything we needed, including nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly on those warm days.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, just off supermarkets and jeddah close to the airport. Particularly good and magnificent location, the free parking was available. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Al Shate'e Market: D

The staff, particularly Mr Ahmed and Mr Khem, were polite and helpful. With a relaxing atmosphere and nearby leisure options, it was a fantastic value for a family getaway!

got big size and huge room in the toilet selling. it was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. the hotel location was particularly good close to the beach.

There were some annoying issues that took away from the experience. The shower and sink weren't working properly, and it took way too long to get basic things like toilet tissue. Plus, the carpets looked dirty, and the baby crib smelled horrible. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back.

I had a fantastic stay! The apartments are super spacious and so clean. I loved the little grocery and coffee shop on-site, which made it easy to grab snacks. The location was great, close to restaurants and a supermarket, plus it felt safe wandering around. The staff, especially Walid at the front desk, were welcoming and always ready to help. The Wi-Fi was strong in both my room and the lobby, which was a huge plus!

On the downside, parking could definitely use some improvement—access was blocked by cars sometimes. having just one bathroom for two bedrooms can be a bit tricky if you're traveling with family or friends. The elevator was kinda slow too, so just keep that in mind! And be ready for the walk if you plan to hit the beach; crossing the main road isn't pedestrian-friendly.

I really struggled with the noise here; it felt like there were no walls. I could hear every word my neighbors were saying and even their kids playing. It made getting a good night's sleep impossible. Super frustrating!
